The service is located in a private home studio that is clean and quiet.

Appointments are available at various times during the day and evening. Please book ahead to ensure I can accommodate the appointment time and day you prefer.

Appointments must be booked or changed within a minimum 48 hours notice.

 How do I prepare before the appointment?

Your eyelashes are the canvas your eyelash tech focuses on, and to ensure best results, it is required you arrive with clean, uncurled eyelashes free of makeup and residue.

 

 Is the Eyelash Extension application uncomfortable?

No. Clients describe the experience as very relaxing – most even fall asleep while their lashes are being applied.

The process is the perfect opportunity for you to de-stress, regenerate and even take a nap!

 

How long does an appointment take?​

Depending on the number of lashes being applied and which service is chosen, it generally takes between 90 to 160 minutes to apply a full set of Eyelash Extensions.

 

 How do I maintain my Eyelash Extensions after the appointment?

•   After the appointment do not get your eyelashes wet for 24 hours to allow the adhesive to cure properly

•  Avoid intense heat around eyes

•  Absolutely do not use mascara or curl your eyelashes

•  Only use oil free products and makeup around the eye area

• Brush your eyelashes as often as necessary to ensure they are directed properly 

• Clean your eyelashes and eye area daily

• Do not pick, pull or rub your eyelash line

• Book your touch up appointments every 2-3 weeks to ensure optimal eyelash health and fullness.

• Sleeping on your back will help your Eyelash Extensions stay on longer

 

 Will they damage my natural lashes?

Absolutely not if the lashes are applied and cared for correctly.

 

What do Eyelash Extensions look like and how do they feel?

Eyelash Extensions replicate real eyelashes that are jet black and always curled. They move with your natural lashes.

Each application is customized to suit each individual.

Varying individual lash lengths and diameters are carefully chosen to replicate the shape and frame of a natural lash line.

The thickness is determined by the health and thickness of your natural lashes.

The overall effect is added curl, thickness and length, thereby opening up your eyes for beautiful added definition.

It is almost impossible to tell that you are wearing extensions as they are weightless and comfortable when applied correctly.

How do I ensure the best results from my appointments?

The application of Eyelash Extensions is a very detail oriented process, which requires minimal movement and interruptions from the client. To ensure the best use of the time you have with your lash tech

 it is recommended to respect the process and fully relax.

 

How do you remove the Eyelash Extensions if I don’t want them anymore?

Eyelash extensions continue to fall out as your real lashes go through their shed cycle.

The whole process can take up to months to complete. It is recommended having your lash tech remove the extensions which can take approximately 30 minutes.

This service is pain free and damage free for your natural eyelashes.

 

How do I know which style and options to choose from?

Before your appointment begins, a complimentary consultation occurs. During this time you and the tech go over what you are looking to achieve, and what you are able to achieve with your Eyelash Extension service.

During this time it is also explained what is required of you during the appointment time.

It is recommended to bring a photo of your desired look, as everyone’s preferences vary.

 

Why do I need fills and what are they?

Like all of our hair, our eyelashes are naturally shedding and growing. Fills allow the technician to remove grown out eyelash extensions and add new extensions to new growing eyelashes!

Fills are needed to maintain the look. However, the Eyelash Extensions can be removed at any time.

 

Should I get lashes done if I have reaction to glue or eyes are very sensitive?

Please notify our technician about your eye condition before the procedure.

 If you have sensitive eyes please notify me, so that we can determine the best way to perform the service.

 

Can I swim, exercise, or visit a spa while wearing Eyelash Extensions?

Yes. The adhesive I use is waterproof and you can continue with your regular routines after the adhesive has cured.
